Welcome to Footprints

The UTech Services department uses Footprints as their Service Request and Issue tracking software. This allows the University community the ability to submit requests electronically, as well as check the status of any current tickets.

Click the link below and you will be automatically logged into footprints where you will be able to see any of your tickets and place any new requests or report any issues.

Please keep in mind if your issue is of an urgent nature you should call the helpdesk at 724-938-5911 for assistance rather than submit your request electronically.
